NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF CLINTWOOD, VIRGINIA REGARDING AN ORDINANCE REGULATING INOPERABLE VEHICLES WITHIN THE TOWN OF CLINTWOOD, VIRGINIA TOWN LIMITS AND REQUIRING THE REMOVAL OF SUCH VEHICLES
NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Clintwood, Virginia will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall located at 248 Clintwood Main Street, Clintwood, Virginia 24228. This hearing is to consider and allow public comment on a proposed ordinance to regulate the keeping of inoperable motor vehicles, etc., on residential or commercial property within the Town of Clintwood, Virginia, and provide for their removal and penalty for violations.
Any citizen, taxpayer, or interested person shall have the right to attend and state his or her views orally or in writing on this ordinance.
