NOTICE is hereby given that the Clintwood Town Council and the Clintwood Planning Commission will hold a joint Public Hearing on March 14, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at the Clintwood Town Hall for the purpose of receiving public comment in regards to an application received from Terry Michael Ramey and Daniel Johnson to add In Door Flea Market to the permitted uses in the Town of Clintwood Zoning Ordinance for the Central Business District. The location of the property to be utilized as an In Door Flea Market is at 339 Clintwood Main Street. A copy of the Town of Clintwood Zoning Ordinance and Map is available for public inspection at the Clintwood Town Hall at 248 Clintwood Main Street, Clintwood, Virginia during regular business hours.
