Variance Request on the Age Model of a Double Wide Home
NOTICE is hereby given that the Clintwood Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing at the Clintwood Town Hall on September 27, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding an application from Gary and Belinda Ratliff concerning a variance request on the age model of a double wide mobile home. The home is a 1997 Clayton and will be situated on Leaf Drive. A copy of the Town of Clintwood Zoning Ordinance and Map is available for public inspection at the Clintwood Town Hall at 248 Clintwood Main Street, Clintwood, Virginia during regular business hours.
