Public Hearing Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Clintwood Town Council and the Clintwood Planning Commission will conduct a joint public hearing at the Clintwood Town Hall on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 5:30 p.m.
The public hearing is to receive public comments in regard to an application received from Brett Hamilton and Wiley Stanley to re-zone property belonging to Wiley Stanley which is located on Factory Drive. The property being considered is to be re-zoned Multip-ly Family Residential.
A copy of the full text of the zoning ordinance, as well as all relevant documents, maps, and plans are on file in the office of the Town Clerk at the Town Hall located at 248 Clintwood Main Street, Clintwood, Virginia, where they may be examined by interested parties or you may contact Judy Steele, Town Clerk, at 276-926-8383 ext 3302 with any questions.
