LEGAL NOTICE
An Ordinance Proposing to Sell and Grant a Franchise for an Electric Power Transmission and Distribution System in the Town of Clintwood, Virginia, and Inviting Bids Therefore.
Be It Ordained by the Council of the Town of Clintwood, Virginia:
That a franchise granting permission for the construction, maintenance, and operation of an electric power transmission and distribution system with all rights incident thereto, on, along, over, upon, and under the streets and other public places of the said Town, subject to the conditions of said franchise, be and the same is hereby proposed to be sold and that written bids addressed and delivered to Mayor Baker and Council of said Town at P.O. Box 456, Clintwood, Virginia 24228 or hand delivered to 248 Clintwood Main Street, Clintwood, Va. 24228 and is hereby invited and will be received for such franchise, on the 13th day of December, at 6:00 P.M. at its regular meeting. A copy of the full text of the ordinance is on file in the office of the clerk of the Town of Clintwood, Virginia. The public is invited to attend.
