  • The Jettie Baker Center, formerly known as the Mullins Theater, was built in the late 1940’s.

It was donated to the Town of Clintwood by Ms. Jettie Baker.

The property has been completely renovated with federal, state, and local funding with tremendous support by citizens of Dickenson County.  The large auditorium and balcony area will seat 350, and the state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems truly mean “there’s not a bad seat in the house.”  The large stage is well equipped with lighting, sound, and rear screen projection.  You’ll want to plan your next conference or seminar with us!

Distance Education:  Front tables, seating for 60 with internet access and computer hook-ups.

Small Conference Room:  Large table with comfortable seating ideal for small executive conferences up to 18.  Serving kitchen is adjacent to conference room.

Entertainment and Pro Arts Events:  State of the art auditorium and stage with accompanying dressing and back stage area.

Dining Area:  Serving area and catering kitchen.  Parking:  Ample area to the side and rear of the center.
